About
My why
I'm led by three core values—authenticity, respect, and leadership—in that order. I wake up wanting people to feel seen and understood, and I take responsibility for helping them find the courage to reach for the extraordinary.
Where the work feels most alive
My years serving youth—across philanthropic and community organizations—have been the most fulfilling of my career. Guiding young people to nurture self-belief and begin the hard work of building a life of achievement has given me more purpose than any for-profit role.
A career built on values
With over 15 years at Dell Technologies, I've found professional success across sales, marketing, and e-commerce strategy. My strength lies—again—in those same core values, by developing and leading high-functioning teams where people feel seen and are inspired every day to be their best at work.
What I bring to teams
- Values-aligned product leadership — decisions that ladder to human outcomes.
- Tech + philanthropy fluency — 25 years bridging incentives, impact, and operations.
- Sales & e-commerce strategy — pragmatic roadmaps that ship, learn, and scale.
- AI as a force multiplier — prompts, automation, and daily digests that save time.
"Do the work that lets others see themselves clearly—and then go further together."
What I'm working on now
- Building open examples of AI-assisted product development (including this site)
- 1:1 career coaching that starts with core values and ends with momentum
